*Damages & DOA Claims: Please inspect your order within 2 hours of delivery. If animals arrive deceased or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at thebioactivelab@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right.*

*Store Credit: Store credit may be issued at our discretion in extenuating circumstances.*
