By ordering isopods, springtails, or other live items (such as plants) for delivery you agree to the following:

I understand that live animal arrival is only guaranteed when shipping options with 1 business day transit time (as indicated during checkout) are selected. Isopods will ship when temps are 30-80F.

We do not accept returns. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 2 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
