Shipping policy

By placing an order for live animals or plants, you agree to the following terms:

*Live Arrival Guarantee: Live arrival is guaranteed only when an overnight shipping option (1 business day transit) is selected at checkout. We do not ship live animals when temperatures at the origin or destination are below 40°F or above 95°F.*

*Shipping Days: Live animals ship Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays in transit. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday.*

*Inspection Window: Please inspect your order within 2 hours of delivery. If your animals arrive deceased or your order is incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.*

*No Returns: All live animal sales are final. We do not accept returns.*
